Introducing Eat Do Live – A Simple App to Help You Live With Intention
I’m excited to introduce Eat Do Live, a new app I’ve been working on that brings together healthy habits and intentional living in one simple place.
For a while now, I’ve been searching for a tool that could help me reach one of my personal wellness goals: getting my 5 servings of fruits and vegetables each day. There are plenty of apps out there that track water intake, calories, macros, or even entire meal logs—but I couldn’t find anything that simply let me track servings of the healthy foods I want to prioritize. I believe that improving your diet doesn’t have to mean obsessing over what to avoid. Instead, we can shift our focus to adding more healthy foods.
That’s where Eat Do Live comes in.
This app lets you easily track how many servings you're getting—not just of water or fruits and vegetables, but of any food group you want to focus on. Want to stick with standard food groups from the Recommended Daily Allowances (RDAs)? Great. Want to customize it to fit a plan like 21 Day Fix or Weight Watchers? That works too.
For example:
-
On 21 Day Fix? Create food groups named after each color category and track your servings.
-
Following Weight Watchers? Create a “Points” group and track your daily budget.
The built-in Analytics page gives you insight into your daily averages and trends, helping you stay on track and adjust your goals or behaviors as needed.
But Eat Do Live isn’t just about food.
Eating well is a means to an end: a fuller, more vibrant life. Many of us want to be healthier so we can do more of what really matters—spending time with loved ones, experiencing new adventures, or simply feeling better in our day-to-day lives.
That’s why Eat Do Live also helps you track your personal goals—big or small, short- or long-term. You can set:
-
Daily habits like “Walk a mile”
-
Weekly activities like “Family game night”
-
Monthly goals like “Date night twice a month”
-
Long-term dreams like “Trip to Paris”
In our busy lives, it’s easy to say, “Someday I’ll get around to that.” But someday often never comes. I’ve found that writing these goals down—and seeing them regularly—keeps them front and center. It turns vague hopes into concrete plans. It helps me be more intentional about how I spend my time and energy, so I fill my days with what truly matters instead of just going through the motions.
Eat Do Live is available on Google Play for Android.
📱 Download it for free from the Google Play Store — and yes, it’s completely free, with no ads, no in-app purchases, and no hidden catches.
I created this app because I believe tools that support your health and well-being should be accessible to everyone. I don’t want to make money off of people trying to improve their lives—I just want to help. If Eat Do Live can make it even a little easier to eat better, stay active, or live more intentionally, then it’s doing exactly what I hoped it would.
Start using Eat Do Live today and take one small step toward a healthier, more intentional life.
